Fresh, Mediterranean flavours are the order of the day at the château’s refined restaurant - with traditional recipes cooked up daily by our chefs using the best of local produce.
A superb wine list of the best of the surrounding Minervois wine region accompanies the cuisine served - to be enjoyed in the chateau’s elegant dining room.
The restaurant’s tall windows overlook the estate’s lush park and the tunnel that leads to the vineyard. In summer, the restaurant spills out onto a sunny terrace - where you can enjoy the tastes of the Med.
The restaurant is also open to the general public - upon reservation.

Menu of the day - created by our chef and served at 8pm in your room or on the terrace. Evening meals are available Fridays, Saturdays and the evening before public holidays. From July 1st to August 31st, 2017, evening meals can be served every night.
